The transition will introduce our new virtual GP, eMed (previously known as Babylon), from our previous provider Health Hero. We are confident that this switch will provide our members with even greater convenience and access to top-notch healthcare services.
What is eMed?

How do I join eMed
For Current Freedom Policyholders:
If you are a UK Freedom Elite or Freedom Essentials policyholder, your details will automatically be transferred from Health Hero to eMed. All you need to do is register on the new platform. Detailed instructions on how to register can be found in the user guide.
