Freedom Wins Outstanding Intermediary Support Team

This year, Freedom Health Insurance won the Outstanding Intermediary Support Team in the Cover Customer Care Awards 2022.

The COVER Customer Care Awards are a yearly event organised by Cover Magazine to celebrate providers, teams and individuals that are making a true difference in the protection, life and health insurance industries. It aims to shine a light on companies within the industry that often go the extra mile for their clients.

Finalists for a further two awards

In addition to winning the Outstanding Intermediary Support Team award, Freedom Health Insurance was shortlisted for further two awards at the Cover Customer Care Awards 2022.

Customer Service ‘Above and Beyond’

Freedom Health Insurance was one of the finalists in the Customer Service ‘Above and Beyond’. This means a lot to us because we were recognised for our efforts to ensure our customers were always receiving the best customer care when they most needed it.

Customer Care Champion

The Customer Care Champion category was open to individual nominations and our Customer Service Manager, Lynne, was among the finalists.

Lynne has been in the health insurance industry for 17 years and has just recently succeeded her 10-year anniversary with Freedom Health Insurance. She creates a fun and motivational work environment for her and her team to be able to succeed in delivering a service where both brokers and clients feel as though they are onboard, and their queries are fully satisfied. We are all incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team.

How we will continue to achieve high levels of customer service

We believe that the feedback and suggestions from our brokers are paramount in continuing to deliver an exceptional service and keep a successful relationship with our brokers and their clients. We are delighted with the results of the Cover Customer Care Awards 2022, and we will continue to improve our level of service in the year to come.
